COMPANY INFORMATION.
Daijiro Inada has decided to bring rare, unique and latest JDM performance parts from Japan to the US. Market share of Japanese cars is expanding in the world and he also wants to expand JDM aftermarket tuning, which is his lifetime task after he started OPTION Magazine in 1981.
We are continuously expanding our product lines and are devoted towards introducing new, high quality products to the US Market.

WARRANTY:
Due to the racing nature and extreme useage intended for many of the products, warranty is not available.
Parts are for off-road use only. D's Club Inc. holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using aftermarket performance products. Some items listed are legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used on public streets and highways. Please check with the proper authorities for compliance with vehicle and highway codes.
We highly recommend professional installation for all performance parts carried by D's Club Inc.
D's Club Inc. can not be held accountable for any damage caused by improper installation, nor any costs associated with labor required for modifications required to properly install some parts.
ORDERING:
Sales Policies: Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, or Amex. Please contact us via email (info@jdmoption.com) for arrangements via Cashier's Check or Money order. California residents are charged an 8.25% sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you wish to pre-pay your order, contact us for an exact payment amount for parts and shipping. Pre-payment will include charge for parts and freight. All orders will be sent via ground service (domestic), unless otherwise specified.
Orders are normally processed within 3 days upon receipt of order.
International Orders: For International Orders, please email us with the product(s), quantity and shipping address for a price quote. Payment for international orders must be pre-paid by credit card, certified cashiers check, or money orderin U.S. Currency. Shipping will be arranged by D's Club Inc. unless another carrier is specified.
Cancellations:
There are no cancellations or returns on processed, finalized, and shipped orders.
Backorders: If your order is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via phone or email and that item will be held for you until arrival on containership from Japan. Once the backordered item arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you to complete your order, which will then be shipped. Your credit card will not be billed until the order is shipped, unless prepayment is formally requested.
Damaged Products: Before signing for your package, please ensure that the box or packing material has not been damaged nor tampered with. If box appears to be tampered with or damaged during shipping, do not sign for the shipment! If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact us immediately via phone or email.
We will respond within 24 hours and will guide you through a return and replacement process.
If damage to the product was caused by the courier (shipping service) a claim will need to be filed by the end user (receiver) against the courier.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
Certain products manufactured by our supported companies are not regularly kept in stock and must be special ordered. For special orders, all items and shipping must be prepaid, with no cancellations. Since these items will be coming directly from Japan via containership, special orders can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive, dependent upon availability. Upon placing a special order, we will contact you directly with pricing, shipping, and ETA on the product(s) you are interested in. Special arrangements for shipping may be arranged.
