Okachan says "I've spent 25 years in this business to develop the best radiator for race and street driving, while participating in circuit races as my own hobby. My tuning shop, YASHIO FACTORY, was the first SILVIA(240SX in US) specialty tuning shop in Japan."

Okachan started his driving carrier as a grip driver, winning his first circuit race and had raced and won many others all over Japan, His pink SILVIA was quite eye-catching and soon he became famous as the best SILVIA driver/tuner. But when D1 Grand Prix was started by Daijiro(GoGo) and Keiichi Tsuchiya, he was enchanted by DRIFTING, finding the fun to drive and the challenge in tuning drift cars as well. His open spirits couldn't keep him in enjoying it by himself, then he also started Okamura-Juku(drift school) 4 years ago on a monthly basis. Daijiro and Kazama(Lousy) were once his students, but both are dropout of his school..
